Sales Team Lead

Elyon African Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
