Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Elyon African Kitchen. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to meet customer needs.
- Authorize Returns: Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
