Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Elyon African Kitchen. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure that they are meeting their targets.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that customers can find what they need.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and dependability.
Our store is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work in a team and provide excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
