Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of managing successful client engagements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Experience in one or more of our key industries is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel as needed

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
