We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Dulux/Betonel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and serve the needs of customers, including assessing their needs and proposing solutions.
  • Suggest and advise additional products, such as brushes and rollers, to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  • Work in a retail store environment safely, ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lift, move, and stock store product while following safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and overtime.
  • Computer and internet applications skills.
  • Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
