As a Sales Advisor, you are a self-starter. You are someone who will acquire new business in our consumer, business and corporate markets. You are creative, resilient, and passionate about learning and exceeding sales goals. You find real solutions for customers from our core Consumer and Business products (Mobility, Home & Business Security, VOIP, Fleet Services and Web Solutions.

**How you will succeed**:

- Acquire new business via inbound and outbound sales campaigns, including a minimum of 20+ calls per day to sales prospects to generate opportunities and build a robust pipeline
- Managing a full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing new clients
- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service for our clients.
- Achieve all sales and activity-based performance goals.
- Enthusiastically market the CPC and yourself, through social media and referral acquisition.
- Regularly train, learn, and evaluate all our operational systems, such as our POS, Partners, Statflo, CRM's, repair, and trade-in portals.
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings and 1:1's.
- Ensure all CPC administrative tasks are completed with excellence.
- Attend and enthusiastically participate in key meetings, huddles, and group chats.
- Shape company culture by living out agreed upon values, specifically ethics and integrity.

- Understands the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Discipline around time management, setting priorities, and accomplishing goals
- Previous Wireless sales experience is an asset.
