Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with products and services to maintain profitability.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Work Environment:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
