We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Guest Experience team as a Guest Experience Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Event Support: Assist with event operations, including wayfinding, welcoming guests, and providing information about events and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with event management, security, and building services teams to ensure the safe and successful delivery of events.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with variable conditions, including loud noise, heights, and dark/dim lighting.
- Education: Grade 12 education preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, ascend and descend stairs, and work in a busy environment.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive hourly rate.
