About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Development and Innovation to join our team at Illuming Power Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, innovation, and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Establish and manage major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective team management.
  • Formulate and approve policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Manage events and oversee the development of business strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in management, product development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
