About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Development and Innovation to join our team at Illuming Power Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Event Management: Manage events and activities to promote business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Earned doctorate degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Language: English.
