About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Development and Innovation to join our team at Illuming Power Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and innovation.
    • Establish and manage departmental objectives, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.
    • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resource Allocation and Management
    • Allocate resources (human, financial, and material) to support the implementation of organizational policies and programs.
    • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • Event Management and Supervision
    • Manage events and activities that promote business growth and development.
    • Supervise working groups and staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Technical and Business Acumen
    • Utilize MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows to support business operations and decision-making.
    • Apply knowledge of the green economy sector, brand management, and product development to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Travel and Work Environment
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with travel expenses covered by the employer.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities and Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Strong judgment, organization, and time management skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in management, product development, and the green economy sector.
    • Earned doctorate degree or equivalent experience.
