About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Seaway Paper and Pulp Ltd. as an Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
    • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Supervision and Leadership
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 office support staff
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
