Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office services.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including assembling data and preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve conflict situations and provide solutions to administrative problems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Microsoft Publisher, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Database software, Google Drive.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, team player.
Work Environment:
  • Workplace: Hybrid.
  • Duration: Permanent.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
