About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Norm's Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are available when needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager who can lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
