As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant\u2019s profits
* Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
* Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
* Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
* Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
* Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
* Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules and inventory management
* Recruit, train, and supervise staff
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* High school diploma or equivalent required
