Key Responsibilities- Account Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers, assessing their market potential and developing strategies to penetrate new markets.
- CRM Management: Record all customer interactions and data within our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute plans to generate new leads and prospects, expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue.
- Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand our product offerings.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to identify specific targets and projects for future opportunities and sales.
- Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales and gross profit goals, meeting or exceeding targets on a monthly basis.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a sales, marketing, or technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or technical sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overnight travel.
