About the Role

Ardi Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team. As a Tile Installer, you will be responsible for installing ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Installation
    • Measure and mark surfaces to be covered with tiles
    • Mix and apply adhesives using hand trowels
    • Prepare and set tiles in place, ensuring proper alignment and straightness
    • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools
  • Design and Estimation
    • Estimate costs and materials required for each project
    • Prepare rough plans and sketches for tile layouts
  • Quality Control and Maintenance
    • Inspect installed tiles for quality and accuracy
    • Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in tile installation
    • Physical Demands and Abilities
      • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
      • Ability to distinguish between colors
      • Attention to detail
    • Work Environment
      • 40 hours per week, permanent employment
      • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
