Job Summary

Jolly Ranchers Daycare Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to lead our childcare programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the overall development of children
  • Supervise and train staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure high-quality care
  • Communicate with parents through regular updates and progress reports
  • Lead activities that foster learning, creativity, and socialization
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a team player attitude
