Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost products and services to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote sales growth.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.

Experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Prior experience as a shift leader or supervisor is an asset.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
