About the Program

The New Graduate Rotational Program at Raytheon Technologies is a comprehensive development program designed to accelerate the growth and success of recent graduates in aerospace engineering. This 36-month program offers three targeted career development rotations, providing participants with hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in various aspects of aerospace engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in three rotations of 12 months, each focusing on a different area of aerospace engineering
  • Develop and apply technical skills in product definition, detail design, product weight analysis, development build, test section design, development assembly process planning, and tool design
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to contribute to meaningful projects and develop key skills
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth
Requirements
  • Recent graduate (2023-2024) or expecting to graduate by May 2025
  • College diploma in Engineering Technology: Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing
  • Enthusiasm and passion for advanced aerospace propulsion system technologies
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a diverse and inclusive team
  • Mindset of creativity and energetic drive to succeed
  • Knowledge of CAD software (e.g. CATIA), geometric tolerancing (GD&T), and basic programming (an asset)
  • Bilinguisme (an asset)
