The New Graduate Rotational Program at Raytheon Technologies is a comprehensive development program designed to accelerate the growth and career advancement of recent graduates in aerospace engineering.
Program OverviewThe program is a 36-month rotational program that provides participants with three targeted career development rotations, each lasting 12 months. This program is designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

To be eligible for the program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Recently graduated (2023-2024) or expecting to graduate by May 2025
- A college diploma in Engineering Technology: Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing
- Enthusiasm and passion for advanced aerospace propulsion system technologies
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a diverse and inclusive team
- A mindset of creativity and energetic drive to succeed
- Knowledge of CAD software (e.g. CATIA), geometric tolerancing (GD&T), and basic programming (an asset)
- Bilinguisme (an asset)
