About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobility and Accessibility Sales Consultant to join our team in Nanaimo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare facilities to provide life-changing mobility and accessibility solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with therapists to determine the needs of clients and provide custom mobility solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and clients to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Travel to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences to demonstrate products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services to provide expert advice to clients

  • A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $48,000 annual base + commissions

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, maintenance, or fitting in the mobility and accessibility industry, or a background in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, nursing, or long-term care
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and meet the needs of clients
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record, as well as a clean criminal background check and bondability
