About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobility and Accessibility Consultant to join our team in Nanaimo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare facilities to provide customized mobility solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with therapists to determine client needs and select the best-fit equipment
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities to drive business growth
  • Travel to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, and residences to demonstrate products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, maintenance, or fitting in the mobility and accessibility industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot concerns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
