About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobility and Accessibility Consultant to join our team in Nanaimo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare facilities to provide customized mobility solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with therapists to determine client needs and select the best-fit equipment
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities to drive business growth
  • Travel to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, and client residences to demonstrate products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, maintenance, or fitting in the mobility and accessibility industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
