Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Representative for Residential Window and Door Solutions to join our Sales Department. This individual will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and generating sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through in-person, telephone, or email communication.
- Provide detailed product information and conduct visual presentations for retail customers.
- Analyze customer plans and requirements thoroughly to determine window and door needs.
- Support customers by ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain a well-organized showroom and offer merchandizing recommendations.
- Prepare quotes for customers to review and follow up to finalize sales.
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives as needed.
- Participate in trade shows as required.
- Assist with reception and other duties assigned by management.
- A minimum of three years proven sales experience within the building trades, preferably millwork.
- Training within the Construction Trades, Construction Technology program, or Interior Design program would be beneficial.
- Experience reading blueprints and completing material take-offs is considered an asset.
- Superior selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Valid driver's license.
Golden Windows Ltd offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary of $55,000-$60,000 per year.
- Commission-based pay structure.
