About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our sales and business development efforts in the assigned region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for executing our sales strategy, prioritizing sales efforts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and manage operational budgets and sales forecasts for the assigned region
  • Direct and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environment standards, regulations, and policies
  • Oversee the optimization of business processes and customer service in the assigned region
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of sales and business development success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets and financial planning
  • Valid driver's license
