The salary range for this position is $62,239 to $89,469. Compensation is determined based on the applicant's qualifications, experience, and an internal review of existing employee salaries.
Key Responsibilities:The Strategic Business Advisor, P3 Contracts (Public-Private Partnerships) is tasked with fostering collaboration with P3 partners. This role involves utilizing the Project Agreement to conduct research, generate reports, and adhere to public sector P3 procurement guidelines. Responsibilities include:
- Consulting with management on the strategic ramifications of contract decisions and advising on procurement and termination policies.
- Assisting in monitoring contract compliance, including data collection and management.
- Generating and analyzing strategic reports as requested by management.
- Providing administrative and data support for project initiatives.
- Assisting in the processing of insurance claims.
- Collaborating with management to review and enhance contract processes for strategic alignment.
- Contributing to the development of training materials and policy frameworks.
- Facilitating communication between management, directors, and partners on strategic matters.
- Offering support to fellow Strategic Business Advisors within P3 Operations.
- Adhering to Occupational Health & Safety policies and reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
