Office Manager

North Park Cleaners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
