Agency Contact Coordinator

At Eric Gruscyk - Desjardins Insurance Agent, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Agency Contact Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Make outbound calls to promote various insurance products and services.
  • Coordinate appointments for our agent and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media and letter campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Valid driver's license.
