As a Senior Sales Professional at E2Z Consultants Inc, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong, ethical customer relationships to drive profitable sales and revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to understand each customer's business needs and ensure our company remains their primary supplier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new customers, providing regular updates to the Manager and Team on viable leads.
  • Conduct site visits to customer offices, shops, and job sites to assess business needs, develop strong relationships, and drive profitable sales.
  • Analyze customer data to create and execute strategies aimed at increasing market share while meeting and exceeding targets set by the business unit.
  • Lead the entire sales process, including generating sales call reports, territory planning, and establishing growth targets.
  • Process orders, quotes, job packages, and manage all necessary sales functions.
  • Collaborate with the business unit Manager and Credit Team to ensure timely payment of accounts receivable, communicating any changes in customer business that may affect credit status.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, addressing short payments and returns to exceed expectations and benefit the business unit.
  • Develop and implement strategic vendor programs aimed at profitable growth; participate in vendor trade shows and industry conventions.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or counter sales.
  • College and/or University degree.
  • Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of products and value-added services.
  • Proactive in identifying and pursuing new customers to increase market share for assigned accounts.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while managing tight deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Competent in learning and using the software systems for order processing.
  • Intermediate math skills and the ability to operate material handling equipment.
