About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Content Strategist to join our SAP Concur User Experience team. As a valued member, you will play a pivotal role in deciphering user and business goals, influencing UX content decisions, and enhancing the SAP Concur product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear and concise content strategies that align with customer and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, brand managers, and product managers to create user-centered content experiences.
  • Conduct content audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement content hierarchies and customer journeys that meet business needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business context, historical performance, and market insights.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to improve user experience and socialize recommendations among stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UX content strategy.
  • Basic understanding of UX research, behavioral and motivational principles, and biases that inform content and UX choices.
  • In-depth understanding of content strategy, including content models, hierarchy, formats, etc.
  • Proven experience collaborating with UX teams to translate strategic objectives into effective content.
  • Strong leadership skills to advocate for work across diverse, cross-functional teams.
