Job Summary

Cyberatics Ventures Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and other technology-related problems
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
