About the Role

As a Generalist Solutions Consultant, you'll maintain a broad understanding of our solution suite, supporting a 'joint partnership' approach with Sales and Customer Success functions. You'll engage with potential customers, conduct discovery workshops, and deliver tailored demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and identify suitable solutions.
  • Discovery: Conduct deep-level discovery workshops to gather customer requirements.
  • Tailored Demonstrations: Deliver engaging demonstrations showcasing our solutions' capabilities and benefits.
  • Bid Team Support: Assist in responding to PQQs, RFPs, and RFIs with relevant solution information.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams for a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Video Content Skills: Design, create, and refine video content for our demo automation platform.

As a member of the Solutions Consulting team, you'll also act as a Professional Skills Exemplar, supporting a culture of best practice and continuous improvement, and an Independent Expert, working on complex deals and customer accounts.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant role, ideally in EHS, compliance, or enterprise software. In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance standards, and software's role in streamlining these processes. Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and achieving defined revenue targets.
