As a key member of our Digital Water Group, you will apply your expertise in data management technologies to drive digital transformation in the water industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital water-centric projects, leveraging data management, data analytics, and data visualization skills to deliver value to our clients.
  • Collaborate with our management team and technical practice leaders to develop digital tools and applications that integrate technology and data-centric services.
  • Apply data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers within Carollo and to our clients using various data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the water industry with a background in planning.
  • Practical experience with GIS, data management, data processing, database programming, data analytics, and data visualization applied to the water industry.
  • Experience and knowledge of data management technologies applied to the water industry, including GIS, work order management, modeling, and database applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, .NET, HTML, and C#.
  • Experience with GIS applications such as ArcMap, ArcPro, ArcGIS Online, and GIS data processing using geodatabases and other spatial data formats.

Compensation and Benefits

Carollo offers a competitive salary range of $162,000 to $189,000 CAD annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, comprehensive health insurance, pre-tax savings account options, and more.
