Job Title: Digital Content and SEO Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content and SEO Specialist to join our team at Refrigerative Supply Limited. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing meta-data to optimize page ranking on search engines, creating customized website landing pages, and managing product information on our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review meta-data to optimize page ranking on search engines
  • Create customized website landing pages to drive online sales
  • Manage product information on our website, including collection, organization, and enrichment of product data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to facilitate the collection and organization of product data
  • Manage relationships with third-party content creators and audit the quality and accuracy of returned product information
  • Optimize product and category navigation using analytics and search boosting/burying to promote product visibility and drive online conversions
  • Support the implementation and integration of a Product Information Management (PIM) solution and migrate all product data into the PIM
  • Oversee the creation of procedural and training resources and promote the PIM platform for all RSL users
  • Provide expertise on current Product Information Management best practices and consult on cross-functional projects to ensure PIM and eCommerce principles are incorporated
  • Act as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test new Product Information Management initiatives
  • Create, analyze, and interpret SEO reports using analytics to implement and audit site SEO meta-data
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing on all promotions displayed on the website to ensure SEO standards are incorporated to drive site performance
  • Creation of new and relevant content landing pages using the Content Management System (CMS) to promote customer engagement and drive online sales
  • Lead development of internal processes for content management
  • Oversee and aid administrative support of online customer setups when required

Requirements:

  • 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or with wholesale distribution or HVAC/R industry experience
  • Experience as an SEO or PIM Specialist preferred
  • Product Information Management and Content Management System (CMS) experience preferred
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to be resourceful, independent, and find creative solutions to technical problems
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including the ability to communicate technology-related information and clearly detail implementation processes
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make decisions
  • Ability to understand technology as it relates to the business
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, eCommerce, and PIM systems
  • Professional business acumen
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
  • HTML programming language experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
