Senior Collection Agent

At Central Credit Control LTD, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Collection Agent to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you'll be responsible for recovering past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Recover past-due accounts through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Utilize skip tracing techniques and databases to locate and recover accounts
- Analyze and evaluate financial reports and data to inform collection strategies
- Work with high-profile Banking and Utility clients to resolve outstanding accounts
- 5+ years of experience in collections
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Quality assurance testing regularly
- A proven track record of exceeding collection goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
