Job Title: Senior Collection Agent

At Central Credit Control LTD, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Collection Agent to join our team. As a Senior Collection Agent, you will be responsible for recovering past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recover past-due accounts through consistent collection calls
  • Utilize skip tracing techniques and databases to locate and recover accounts
  • Analyze and evaluate financial reports and data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet collection goals
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in collections
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Superior communication, math skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Quality assurance testing regularly
  • Proven leadership skills and teamwork skills
  • A proven track record of exceeding collection goals
  • Clear background check
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
