Senior Collection Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Collection Agent to join our team at Central Credit Control LTD. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for recovering past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize skip tracing techniques and databases to locate and recover delinquent accounts
  • Analyze and evaluate financial reports and data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the collections team to achieve sales and revenue goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in collections
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Quality assurance testing regularly
  • A proven track record of exceeding collection goals
  • A commitment to professional, ethical, and compliant collection practices
