Job Description

As a Customer Service and Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers. Your duties will include addressing inquiries and concerns, providing technical assistance, processing orders and service requests, managing customer accounts, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and email management systems.

You will work effectively aloft, climb poles daily, and lift up to 70 pounds. Additionally, you must be able to distinguish colors and maneuver ladders extending up to 28 feet high.

Education Requirements

We are looking for candidates currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program at a recognized learning institution in good academic standing.

Preferred Qualifications

A strong interest in technology, experience in sales or customer service, agility, and adaptability in a changing environment are all valuable assets in this role.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position that requires working 40 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be required to travel using various modes of transportation in all kinds of weather.
