Logistics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Sterling Floor & Tile Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs efficiently.
  • Estimate material and labor requirements for projects.
  • Monitor production progress and prepare reports.
  • Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Track shipments and maintain inventory.
  • Utilize quantity take-off procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Review work orders to determine job specifications.
  • Prepare project schedules and budget estimates.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and maintain financial and production records.
  • Communicate with other workers to coordinate work assignments.
Requirements:
  • Organized and reliable individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Accurate and proactive problem-solver.
  • Proficient in MS Office and estimating packages.
