Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Learning and Development Facilitator III to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex learning solutions to support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop learning solutions that meet the needs of our employees and support the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Deliver learning solutions to senior leaders and employees across the organization, including executive-level facilitation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure that learning solutions are relevant, effective, and aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations to inform the development of learning solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that learning solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply this knowledge to inform the development of learning solutions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on complex learning solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive-level facilitation.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in learning and development.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
