About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Deep Learning Compiler Engineer III to join our AWS Neuron team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions that optimize the performance of neural network models executed on AWS Inferentia and Trainium.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.
  • Build high-quality, highly available, always-on products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Research and implement solutions that deliver the best possible experiences for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions with technical input.
  • Work in a startup-like development environment, where you're always working on the most important stuff.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
