Job Title: Director of Brewing

Molson Coors Beverage Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Brewing to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our brewery operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the brewing process, ensuring high-quality products, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the brewing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve supply chain management, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Manage and develop a team of brewing professionals, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership position in a high-speed, high-volume unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Deep understanding of brewing operations, including technical aspects, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of brewing professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
