Job Title: Director of Brewing

About the Role:

Molson Coors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Brewing to lead our Toronto Brewery team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of brewing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve supply chain performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on brewing operations, quality, and safety initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role in a high-speed, high-volume unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Deep understanding of brewing operations, quality, and safety principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of World Class Supply Chain principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance quality.
