Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Brewing to join our team at MillerCoors Brewing Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the brewing operations, ensuring high-quality products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Management
  • Lead and manage a team of brewing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and safety.
Brewing Operations
  • Oversee the brewing process, including recipe development, ingredient sourcing, and production planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
Quality and Safety
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment.
Business Growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales projections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brewing operations, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Strong knowledge of brewing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
