Job Title: Business Unit Controller

At Keter North America, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Controller to join our team. As a critical member of our finance department, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial governance and controls of our business unit are maintained at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the monthly and quarterly close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage cash controls, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the company's financial health.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, such as the CRA, to ensure compliance and resolve any audit inquiries.
  • Manage banking relationships and processes to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Support the Finance Director in the annual budget process and quarterly review process.
  • Prepare weekly cash reporting and forecasting to inform business decisions.
  • Manage capital expenditure controls, forecasting, and reporting in collaboration with the Engineering team.
  • Maintain, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts in partnership with the NA controller's team.
  • Conduct quarterly transfer price reviews, analysis, and reporting to ensure accurate financial representation.
  • Manage vendor and customer data, as required, to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Support the central AR and AP teams, as needed, to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll functions to determine monthly provisions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation and at least 3 years of manufacturing industry experience.
  • In-depth SAP experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and provide meaningful analysis to senior leaders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven.
Education and Training:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
