We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Associate to join our team at Pediatric Urgent Care Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
- Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Collect and process patient specimens for laboratory testing.
- Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide basic life support.
- Record and process patient data accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of medical examinations and treatments.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
