JobCart Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage patients by phone and in-person, utilizing strong communication skills to understand their needs and concerns.
- Use empathy and active listening skills to support patients and their families, providing guidance and resources to help them navigate the healthcare system.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Explain prescription coverage and benefits to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a clear and concise manner.
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, facilitating communication and ensuring that patients receive the care they need.
Requirements
- Prior experience in healthcare or a related field, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry practices.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in administration and customer service, with a strong focus on patient care and support.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Working Conditions
This is a remote work opportunity, with the ability to work from home. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
