As Branch Manager, you are responsible for supporting and assisting the employees under your management to implement the bank's strategic vision, while allowing your team to develop professionally.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial performance by identifying key behaviors and business development activities with your team.
- Provide personalized coaching to advisors, the Client Service Manager and the business development support team to enhance their skills and support them in their career path.
- Hire, develop and manage the performance of your team members.
- Ensure compliance with established rules of engagement for customer segmentation, SEO, transaction execution, risk management, regulatory compliance and branch operating procedures among your team members.
- Act as the Business Unit Compliance Officer (AUMR) to supervise all mutual fund representatives (SCRs).
- BUILD lasting relationships with the branch's customers through various activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
- Optimize service quality for small businesses by aligning advisor allocation with the branch's market potential.

Basic Requirements
- Between five and ten years of experience in management and coaching of a consulting/business development team in the financial field.
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience, or Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five to seven years of experience, or Master's degree and five years of experience, depending on the level of the position.
- Be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3-6 months of hiring.
