Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

Kleenway Building Maintenance Services Inc is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Client focus, dependability, and flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
